First of all there wasn't a soul in the restaurant. The waitress was really nice and all. I ordered the big breakfast which was really good and my eggs were done to perfection. My meal was excellent. My wife ordered the hot turkey. What a disaster. The vegetables weren't cooked. The potatoes were ice cold and the gravy looked like Jello. My wife said it was the worst meal she ever had and I tried a bit and she was right. I told her to complain but she did not want to. So we simply won't ever go in there again. The waitress said it was under new ownership. We'll get it together. Yo

I left one star open because I think there is room for improvement. Saying that we really like Wimpy's. The menu is a standard diner menu. The soup is always good. And the 2 can dine for $19.99 ,honestly its a great deal and the menu for that deal is pretty large. The restaurant is clean and the staff are always efficient and friendly.

2 Regular poutine to go, put in a bag on top of each other. The gravy poured out into the bag. Curd was all too one side not melted rubbery as heck. French fries were cold and gross as the gravy was so watery everything was soggy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. Very disappointed in first time experience in this restaurant.
