Bridgette Bar is one of those Calgary spots that gets the details right. We arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and the place was already buzzing, which tells you plenty. We found a spot at the bar, settled in with the monthly cocktail, and it was excellent. Balanced, interesting, and very easy to enjoy 🍹 The service was warm and sharp, the oysters were fresh, and the bar snacks hit exactly how they should. Add in the atmosphere, which feels lively without being overdone, and it is easy to see why this place has such a strong reputation 👌🏻 A proper Calgary standout.

Amazing food I was blown away! The octopus starter dish is a must have that all must try to be shocked at the flavor and amazing skill the kitchen provides when preparing! We originally came to try the chicken Pizza (which was delicious) but were suggested the octopus to go with our food as a starter by pur amazing server! I was hesitant at first but wow that is the best seafood I think we've ever tasted and we even had to ask to keep the plate to use for bread to clean the plate! This was my first time visiting Bridgette Bar and my experience was absolutely fabulous! Every dish we had was so flavourful. From small plates we had the Tuna Crudo, Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, and Octopus salad. Vegetables were spectacular, Spiced Beet Salad, Crispy Smashed Potatoes, and Wood Grilled Carrots. Had lunch there recently with an old pal, since he insist to give this place a try by his wife (even though I know most of the items he cannot handle it due to his personal food allergies) we give this place a short It's turn out to be an amazing spot, even with his gluten allergies,,, because I told him Bridgette bar is more focus on Pasta and Pizza plus others things on top, and why would you go try a restaurant that 40% of the items you need to be avoid, it's not a good start or a fair place for you to enjoy their full menu experience right ??
