Ingredients feel fresh. Fries felt undercooked. Love the look and feel of the extreamly clean environment. Cashier seemed grumpy tired. But think she noticed and was polite latter, brought me my food and even took my tray. Appreciate the cold mug and the Canadian heritage. 🇨🇦 not the best a&w but ill be back

I am very disappointed with this doordash order. The burger patty was visibly undercooked/raw and unsafe to eat. In addition, the chipotle mayonnaise sauce that I ordered was missing, and the coffee was not included with the delivery. I have video footage showing the sealed bag being opened, which confirms the missing items were not removed after delivery. I also have doorbell camera footage showing that no drink was ever delivered to my door. Receiving a raw burger is a serious food safety concern, and the missing items make the experience even more disappointing. I even tried calling this

The woman who works the drive thru at 8pm mondays and the gentlemen who works the drive thru 9:40pm sundays are amazing. Ive been coming here a couple days now, these workers are phenomenal.

Visited in June 2023: Dropped by this location as we received a coupon in mail and we would like to give it a try! Learned from the staff that this restaurant opened just about 6 months ago so perhaps this explained some of the bad reviews as they were still trying to figure things out? We personally had a great experience. This restaurant is spacious and fairly clean. There are even hand washing stations for the young kids! Ingredients are fresh and food tastes good. Staff is super friendly too which is a bonus! We will definitely visit again!
