I visited this Tim Hortons location today in the morning and was disappointed with the cleanliness and customer service experience. One of the tables was dirty, so I politely asked an employee if it could be cleaned. She acknowledged my request and said she would take care of it, but the table was never cleaned, even though the store was not particularly busy at the time. Unfortunately, there were no other seats available, so I had no choice but to sit at the dirty table. Very dirty, no cleaning, had to wipe the table ourselves so that we can sit and have our coffee/food. Employees aren't friendly either, none of them had even a lil smile, environment was a lil sadistic, can't blame the employees totally, looks like probably the management doesn't care either. If the management sees this, kindly put efforts to improve the quality amd customer experience.

If you have a counter that’s meant for those picking up mobile orders, don’t tell them to go to a different counter across the restaurant to pick up their order. I made a mobile order and waited at the mobile order counter, just for them to tell me that I have to move to pick up my order. It takes almost no effort to bring my food to where your own signs say I am supposed to pick them up. But sure, make me do that too after spending $25 on your store. Lesson learned, won’t be back.

I've been a regular at this location for almost 2 years. Never had a complaint. But this order I just got? Absolute garbage. Garlic bread, the bread was stale as can be. Starting to get mouldy underneath, as seen in photos attached. I won't be returning. This was the only Tim Hortons I continued to visit, as it's right around the corner from home. I won't be going there, anymore.
