We came through the drive through and when we left from drive through I tried my orange tangerine drink and by the way had asked for less ice - it wasn’t made correctly / there was more flavour of the sparkling water than the flavour and I went back to drive through to request a new one and they said okay that they will make a new one . Next , when I got to the window a girl name JASHAN from what we were told , says to me that I have to pay extra for flavour - like excuse me but what !?!!! That’s just insane - like you’re telling me I paid $4 + taxes + for sparkling water ? No thank you JAS

I ordered a cilantro lime bowl and the lettuce was completely ruined. The greens were dark, wilted, and clearly not fresh—borderline spoiled. I had to throw most of it away, which is disappointing for a paid meal. I usually expect better quality, especially for something as basic as lettuce. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to ingredient freshness in the future..

Please take precautions when ordering in this location because they use spolied/rotten/expired products in your food without you realizing. And when you give them a call they just tell you to "come tomorrow and just get a free item" absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee before I started my shift and only to realize before I drink it the creamer is expired because its separating from the coffee making it look dirty. No one did anything. Disgusting.

Visited this Tim Hortons around 1:30 AM on June 27. The service was very disappointing, and the staff member who took our order was rude and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of the time of day. Management should look into this matter and take appropriate action to improve customer service
