Really bad experience in this location. First of all they didn’t want to come to take order , were hiding in a corner when they finally acknowledged me no greeting nothing after that made my drink placed it on the counter and left . If u don’t know how to work in a customer service place pls leave the job don’t ruin people day with your attitude

Worst service ever at any Tim Hortons. It has happened so many times that staff make wrong orders, for example last time I ordered egg and cheese farmers wrap and they added sausage from their side….today I ordered jalopeno begal and they gave me everything begal. Sometimes they make incomplete orders. Even we have to wait instead of doing mobile order 15-20 min ago. Moreover, ladies don’t know how to be nice with customers.

Employees needs to fix their attitude and learn basic customer service. If you can’t handle working under pressure quit and look for another job. Rushing and screwing up the orders isn’t fair to customers.
