At first I was disappointed the my potato because it was overcooked, had lettuce and was missing the sour cream and butter. It had no flavour and they didn’t put the extra cheese like I requested… Then I opened the nachos and was more disappointed for paying almost $5 for this horrible presentation, empty container without following the extra cheese instructions. This use to be my favourite location, but they’ve been disappointing me a lot lately.

I visited this Wendy’s location recently and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and the team was welcoming and professional. My fries was prepared fresh, hot , and served in a timely manner. You can clearly see strong leadership and teamwork in how smoothly the store operates. Food quality and customer service were both on point. Great job to the entire team for maintaining high standards — keep up the excellent work.
