So this is tough. I just deleted my previous 5 star review from 3 years ago, to replace it with today's disappointing experience. I visited this location with my toddler after placing a mobile order through the app. When we arrived, our drinks were still being prepared, so we stood near the Bake Code display while waiting. A staff member asked whether I was ordering anything else and, when I said no, responded with, "Why are you standing there then?" Since there were no other customers in the store and we were simply waiting for a prepaid order, I found the comment odd but moved to the desig
