Mestizo Taqueria in Kensington completely lived up to the hype. Every single taco we tried was packed with flavor and tasted incredibly fresh. The meats were juicy and well seasoned, the salsas had the perfect balance of heat and brightness, and the toppings brought everything together really well. Great tacos (the chicken tinga was my fav!) but also the guac and chips - all super fresh, well seasoned and delicious. Our whole group had a real mix of the available options and no one was disappointed. Excellent service and a cool vibe - do book ahead if you want to make use of the patio as this is a popular spot!

Came here for a date night and had a great experience! Food was absolutely phenomenal, service was quick and great (thank you Kevin for taking such good care of us)! Will definitely be back again! Great place for some authentic Mexican food and great service . They even made a special vegetarian taco for our group . The only place for improvement is that they don't have great salsa . For a spicy salsa we got some hot sauce😜. A Mexican place without good salsa is just not done . Drinks were great , tacos were flavourful . If they smarten up their salsa offerings this could be the go to favourite Mexican place for me
