This place is a little bit confusing as I couldn't figure out the name of this place. I didn't know if it was part of the restaurant, or the ice cream place, or if it was a cafe all on its own. But I found the bakery menu on this ice cream place, so I'm assuming it is. I decided to try this place because of the pictures of the croissant sandwiches I saw on the Google reviews. However, when I got there, they no longer have the breakfast sandwiches, because they changed their menu. 🙁 Buuuuut.....I tried this ham and cheese croissant, which was pretty amazing. Very flakey. Excellent service as i had a few questions being my first time here. I was surprised that it us was a 3 in 1 location - ice cream, bakery, and restaurant for dinner. Tiramisu was very good with a distinct coffee flavor and amount. The lady fingers were still firm. The Danish was flaky versus bready. Loved the lemon and meringue combination. Definitely worth a return and have signed up for reward points! There are a few parking spots in their lot, otherwise free street parking. One of the few places open late in Burnaby.

Great vibes! The staff are kind and the gelato was great! It was my first visit and I tried their stracciatella, which was amazing! The small savings of chocolate are the perfect size. My single scoop was very generous. They also have a few neat seasonal/monthly flavours to try out. I'll be trying the riso con latte next! Samples are provided upon request :)

I had a great visit to Dolce Amore, and the first thing that stood out was the excellent service. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. It also wasn’t overly busy, which made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. The latte was delicious and clearly made with care.
