I really like this café. It has a nice atmosphere and the staff are polite. I’ve been coming here for about two years, but recently the café lattes I ordered didn’t have the usual taste. Unfortunately, it feels like the quality has dropped a bit compared to before.

I don’t understand how nasty my order was. Almost a 200$ order for breakfast. Coffee was nasty, croissants all stale, sandwich cold tasteless inedible. Even the wraps were soggy or dry and terrible. Smoothies sucked. Half the order was wrong. No cookies. All 4 types of cake we ordered were replaced by the nastiest oldest birthday cake. Imagine asking for pecan pie and caramel cheesecake and getting stale birthday cake for breakfast. I’m so confused I chose this location because it had high reviews but this was genuinely the most awful experience I’ve ever had... No apology note, no explanation
