I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and it has been consistently good, so I figured a review is well overdue! This is the BEST pho in Edmonton hands down. It meets the trifecta of perfect pho: the broth is the clear and flavourful, the noodles have a great bite and don’t get soggy quickly, and the meat is tender. They also don’t skimp on the bean sprouts. They ONLY serve pho so you know it’s good!!! Keep in mind they’re cash/etransfer only (another point of legitimacy). I got item number 3 on the menu (a small bowl of pho). I have never been treated so badly in my life in an asian restaurant, nor have I tasted pho so bland. I'll say quite honestly that this is the most racist Asian establishment I have ever been to in Edmonton because for whatever reason, they were treating me like I couldn't speak a word of English, and they kept checking whether I could afford the meal I was ordering.
