Brunch done properly! Friends have been speaking of their love of this place for a long while, so we called their bluff and went their with them for a Monday brunch. I'm here to say they weren't exaggerating in their praise. Excellent food prepared and presented well was our assessment. Combined with attentive and fun service. From the decor and the atmosphere, to the food and it's presentation, The Offy is a European-inspired café restaurant that will make your taste buds dance. Every item we had was so exquisite, that if I lived in Chilliwack I'd be a regular in order to try every item on that menu. The inner space is beautifully decorated and welcoming, and the patio is well situated for people-watching and enjoying the sun, yet private enough for you to enjoy your meal. A big shout-out to Sydnee for her excellent customer service. She had a wonderful smile and was checking on us regularly.

The Offy Bistro in District 1881 had great food. We loved the hot chocolate and avocado breakfast. Just some small things that hampered our experience. Not sure if it had anything to do with us being POC(brown), I would like to think not. After a wait to be seated despite empty tables on the patio, we got dirty stained cutlery. My wife after trying to get the staff attention, politely told the blonde woman who seated us as these things happen everywhere. But, she looked offended, took them, dumped new ones back without a smile nor a "sorry about that", then disappeared. It was quite shocking.
