Placed order pizza order double double pizza at 1:30 pm on 03/29/2026 with a female associate, for 5 pm delivery. Spelt my address twice to her including the city. I live in Brantford.Delivery time came they called saying they couldn’t fine me. Turns out I called the Cambridge store without realizing. No one said anything. They delivered anyways said they would 30 mins 45 mins later still not here and told another 15 mins. Told them cancel order. I have been a regular customer at this store for their party pizza, with some of the orders being made through third party apps like Uber Eats/doordash when it’s discounted. Never once had any issues, but an exceptionally rude employee has changed my mind tonight. I accidentally made an error when ordering and selected an incorrect topping online. I called the store to explain hoping that I will be given a solution, or worst case scenario be asked to pay again when I return with incorrect item and be able to pick the correct order. However this individual was so rude that as soon as I finished

I ordered the veg pizza from Double Double Pizza and it was absolutely delicious! 🍕 The crust was perfectly soft yet slightly crispy, the vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese melted beautifully. Loved the balanced seasoning and generous toppings. Definitely worth ordering again!

That will be $4.10 please . WHAT!!! $4.10. For this scrawny old slice of pizza , no dip, no pop just what you see . Not from this side of town had to do an errand over here so decided to stop in and try it. Definitely will be my last time. Way overpriced. There’s a high school very close by so I’m assuming that’s why he’s price gouging.
