Ordered extra chili with my fries and they gave me an extra small sauce container containing mostly liquid, a few small pieces of onion and 2 beans. This is probably because I used my rewards for small fries and they're upset that I found a way to pay $0.60 for a small meal. Every other location I've used this hack at has given me their small chili container but about half full, which is entirely understandable. It's sad that they feel the need to be cheap over this. I would advise against using your rewards here because they will not honor the advertised value.

Waited 25 minutes from arrival in drive thru. Waited 10 minutes to order a spicy chicken sandwich and a jbc. Asked to pull aside to the waiting area. Waited 15 more minutes and I food. Total of 25 minutes. Went inside and had to ask for a refund. Staff member did not apologize or say a word. Put her key in the register and just handed me some money back. No acknowledgment, no confirmation of my total or otherwise. I’m generally forgiving of small businesses and fast food establishments but this was by far the worst experience in years.

The staff was horrible. Food was awful, not even warm. I've been to other braches and they always had a good service. This branch wasn't even busy when I came to pick up my mobile order, around 9:15 pm. Store was empty only staff was inside, yet they still mixed up my order. I ordered 2 Son of Baconators and 1 medium fries. Instead, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich, no fries, and wrong receipt in the bag. My receipt is N.D. not A.B. I went back in and told them about the wrong order, but the staff didn't even apologize. It pissed me off.

DO NOT ORDER THE “BACON DELUXE” Sad amount of bacon on this sandwich! Ordered this afternoon Friday nov 28. Also only one small ring of onion, and one piece of lettuce. Definitely will drive a bit up the road to the next Wendy’s next time I’m craving a frosty!
