Very disappointing experience from start to finish. We made a reservation for 12 people at 12:00 PM a full week in advance, so we expected the restaurant to be prepared for our group. When we arrived, there were only about three tables occupied in the entire restaurant including us, with approximately five staff members on the floor, yet the service was extremely slow. Absolutely terrible service. We came in on a Monday night for a few drinks without a reservation. The hostess told us the restaurant was busy and that we would need to wait about 10 minutes for a table. We asked if we could sit at the bar for a quick drink while we waited, but she said no because it was too busy. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes to be seated.
