Very poor experience! They charged me more and refunded not accurate amount. After that I found the soup didn’t come long with bread, my club a la Tim only had ham, and they were not polite when I requested refund as I didn’t want the sandwich anymore. I believe one of the reasons they were impolite because I could not speak good French as one of the women told my daughter that I should speak French as French is the first language in Canada. This is ridiculous and kind of discrimination!

Very bad service. We ordered ice cap and it was not cold.. I don't know y this thing is called ice cap if it is cold. Please try to improve your quality and service otherwise u r gonna ruin the name of entire TIM HORTONS

This place was horrible we ordered 2 things and It took 30 minutes and when it came out there was hair in our food I really do not recommend this place
