TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a double quarter pounder from door dash and these people sent it with no bun and they put bacon on it. I don’t eat bacon, I tried calling a bunch of times and after 4 attempts someone finally picked up, I explained what happened and she hung up on me, like what?? I called again and they were all laughing in the background. Terrible, terrible service, they should be ashamed. Maybe rethink who you’re hiring because me myself work in fast food and this is not how you deal with people. The audacity, actually ridiculous. This is how you guys have people dealing

While waiting to get my two coffees, which they were taking their sweet time with nobody in the restaurant at all.. A man saw his sandwich sitting waiting in the tray for a few minutes, so he asked if his coffee was ready and a lady says 'we're very busy making your order'. It was a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I'm the only other person but it was that they were prioritizing drive thru (even though even drive thru wasn't crazy busy) and then she says no need to be rude! so I spoke up and said it's not rude to ask about your coffee when your food is sitting getting cold. This is consistently the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. It doesn’t matter if you are in drive thru or in the restaurant. Today, it took over 18 minutes to be served 1 quaterpounder, 2 orders of fries and 2 drinks. The fries had no salt and were soggy. There was no ketchup available unless you asked for it and I was ignored by several employees while asking. On top of all this, there was no apologies or explanations for the delay. Honestly one of my worst McDonald’s experiences.

I'm here every morning for coffee, or I was until today! Horrible service today! Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Seen multiple cars just leave because of the wait time. Someone needs to get their act together. I remember when my brother was manager at a McDonalds and drive-thru times were crucial. But for me and many others to wait 20 minutes in line was just stupid!! Then once I got to the window to pay, they didn't know my order and asked me what I got.
