This may be the worst place to order from in the Waterloo region. The food, old, burnt, hotel pan burnt style. The speed of service was geriatric snail, the knowledge from the staff was nonexistent “do you have nachos?” “No we don’t.” Oh but you do, they call it extreme chips….. they didn’t make the connection. The taste was salt and tomato, Honestly, overpriced gross stay far far away. There’s a new Mexican restaurant by the funeral home I should’ve been there.

Worse falafel ever! Cooked to a crisp. No flavour whatsoever. Way too much $ to be served 5 day old falafel to break my teeth and lunch budget.

The staff were pleasant. They advised they discontinued the ground veggie, which still appears as an option on line, and is posted on their menu board. They were also out of some topping choices. Disappointing for our vegan friends trying to order burritos, who had enjoyed other locations of barBURRITO. The falafel was an okay alternative. My crispy chicken was okay…suggest you order it tossed in buffalo sauce before having it put together. My chicken could have been a little crispier and the burrito itself a little less well done. Really disappointing experience. Ordered through the app and got almost half the portion compared to in-store orders, yet paid full price. On top of that, waited over 30 minutes. Feels like online orders are not treated the same. Not worth it.
