Had a fantastic experience at Shawarma Alley in Georgetown! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served in massive portions. But what really made our visit stand out was Simran. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us with our order. My wife and I order pretty frequently from this location as the food is great and its local. This week we order through Uber Eats as it was Buy1 Get1. We ordered two Alley Chicken on Rice meals. They are $17.99 + $4.69 to upgrade to a large. When I got to the check out I noticed that the math didn't add up. When I did the math I found out that I was getting the second one not free rather paying the $4.69 upgrade fee still. I ordered the food and brought it up with the staff at the store. One of the shawarma places where you can get good beef shawarma. Beef meat is not mixed with lamb meat or fat so no smell for those who don't like it mixed. They have pizza as well. Themed with Harry Potter but I think they could have added more touch to it. Small place. Not much seating available. If family, better would be to take out. They have reward points. Ordered the medium chicken on fatoush salad and was very disappointed. Not much chicken at all and the pieces where small and very driy. Family had chicken on stick which again did not have much chicken and a wrap which was just ok. It's been a while since I have been there so I went back as reviews stated best tasting swarma in Georgetown but clearly that's not true and quality has gone down.
