Today we tried to get a specific item to be my exact preference and unfortunately maybe it was just the day. But wow this location never lets you leave un happy.! Absolutely love this restaurant. Lex the manager assisted me with such a positive energy. Makes you feel so happy to dine here.! You should also know 5$ Caesar’s! Come on must I say more! Great job guys.

Ok so the waitress was amazing. She even wore a mask. Very kind and always on time. The food on the other hand was horrible. I know times have changed, but when you eat at a restaurant, you want real food. I ordered a chicken beat salad. The chicken was not real. It is not fresh chicken, almost tasted and felt like rubber. The spinach artichoke dip tastes bland like its out of a bag and they threw a slice over cheese over it and melted it. The chicken parmasean was the same fake meat and dried noodles. I was at the South Keys location for wing night, and the prices were very reasonable. Good selection of sauces and they were happy to do some picky modifications for me. The highlight was the host(ess) Shane who sat me at my table. Friendly, funny and helpful. I'm honestly surprised she hasn't been bumped up to serving because I think she'd be great! Christine was a great server, and she's served me before. She even remembered my order from my last visit which was impressive. Highly recommend. For a consistent/reliable experience. Nothing too fancy, which is exactly what I want on Wing
