One staff member, an older man wearing a hat and glasses, seemed completely unfocused and had difficulty handling the app scanning process properly. I ordered a pizza at this new location (I usually order through the one in Merville) and showed up to pick up the order. They gave me a burnt pizza. I realized it after I left, so I called back into customer service, and they offered a replacement. When I came to pick up the replacement, they called me again and told me to bring the other pizza with me, which I did. The replacement pizza they gave me was even worse than the first one. I even asked them to give me the old one back because the replacement was the worst. I didn't want to take it, but they declined and gave me the replacement any

I do not recommend this location at all. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, and it actually was ready around that time, but an older staff member wearing a hat seemed completely unfocused and delayed giving me my order for another 15 minutes. By the time I received it, the pizza no longer felt fresh. Customers can easily tell the difference between a fresh pizza and one that has been sitting there. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service!!!

I’ve been visiting this Pizza Pizza for more than a year, almost every week. Unfortunately, during dinner time there is a young short guy who usually works as the cashier, and he is extremely rude and harsh with customers. He talks as if he’s doing customers a favor or paying for the meals himself. His behavior is very unprofessional and unpleasant, and I’ve noticed he behaves this way with many customers, not just me every single time. I wish I could give negative ratings. Also, the staff in the kitchen are not wearing gloves or hairnets these days, which feels very unhygienic and concerning
