Went through the drive thru ordered...fine. ooh they actually have the root beer shake? Cool . Ask twice to make sure that's what I'm ordering. Yep. Get to the window, paid. Oh NOW they don't have it but I've paid."I can give you another flavor" not what I ordered I'll take the refund. He comes back with oh I'll give you 2 shakes. No I want my money. Staff leaves the window for a few minutes then gives me something brown in a cup. No. I asked for a refund.

Had a coupon so went through the drive thru. Fries were so over salted I could hardly eat them, and not even a napkin in the bag. I already avoid fast food places because the quality has gone so down hill with unqualified hires, this was another reminder of why.

Couple months ago we went here for lunch. Really busy, and staff were dealing with some issue behind the counter. We ordered and waited to be called. It was a little longer than would be expected but eventually our number came up. When my child went to get the food, staff returned our money, and apologized profusely for our order taking too long. We spoke to the manager after to thank her and she again apologized. The food was great as always but this act of generosity was exceptional. The drive thru was tore apart but no signage for closure. Came inside to a putrid smell of urine and noticed signs on both bathrooms that they were closed. I surely hope this is not for a sewage issue as they’re still serving food
