Very small portion for what you pay. We were so disappointed with this order. The empanadas were not bad but the fries and the burrito bowls were not good. We did ask for sauce and meat on side of fries so they wouldn’t go soggy. The sauce was on the side the meat was not.

Had a horrible experience when I sat down to eat my food. I couldn’t believe how disappointing everything was. I came to their Google page and found out that there is a lot of similar experiences recently with this place. I remember probably seven or eight years ago, how amazing this spot was. It was my go to spot. Anyways, the queso dip came half of a cup full. Great food all around, but the service is tremendously terrible. All around decently polite but couldn’t follow simple instructions would ask us if we wanted something then basically just put it on the food without a response. Mixed ingredients and used same gloves from order before me. Food containers open for when we got inside all around not a good place to eat

Summary: Ownership at this Fat Bastard Burrito (55 Macdonell St, Guelph) is instructing employees to short customers on portions while still advertising full sizes. This is misleading and should be reported. I used to come to this location often, but the quality and honesty have gone downhill so badly that I finally had to speak up.
