I have been coming here since they opened their doors. Such a cute location! The coffee is excellent, I love the pastries and the food. My kids love the hot chocolate and the staff win them over by asking if they want extra marshmallows, who can say no to that. My kids claim that their hot chocolate is the best one in town. I really like their points system called Ozzies, very easy to enter with your phone # and points add up quickly. The staff always remind me to sign in to get my points. Your coffee is actually is filled to the top. Their cup design here in Guelph is beautiful with the pictu

I visited Found for the first time yesterday and honestly had such a great experience. The barista at the front was super welcoming. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to try, so he recommended the Iced Banana Latte and told me he’d bring it over to where I was sitting. That kind of service isn’t something you come across very often in a coffee shop. My husband and I came in today and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our first barista, the gentleman with the long hair, was delightful and very kind - and we both appreciated his honesty about what we should try for baked treats as we were having a hard time deciding. I had the iced banana latte and my husband had the iced vanilla almond tea latte, both of which were amazing, and we shared a chocolate chip cooki which was phenomenal, especially with the flaky salt on it. I really liked that it wasn't overly sweet. Before we left, I also got a iced Maple Matcha from the lady with the su
