I ordered a special dinner for 4 tonight. What a great price for a meal to feed my family. Their fried items were absolutely on point tonight! I'm always satisfied, although tonight was spectacular. No wonder they've been around for almost 60 years!

have eaten here 3 or 4 times a year for decades. never again. new years eve tried to call in order, couldn't get through but saw they had online ordering. went ahead. seemed ok, said pickup in apprx 15 minutes. i got to restaurant and it was chaos, online orders weren't even looked at or started until you show up and ask about it. said it would be 20 more minutes. i said i wanted to cancel and get refund. no, they don't refund. talk to whoever runs their online ordering site. i weighed my options, didn't like the prospect of arguing w/ 3rd party. 20 mins was actually 70 mins, honey garlic rib

I ordered Chinese takeout directly through this restaurant’s website. The website clearly states that if an order is not confirmed within a few minutes, the restaurant cannot take the order. My order was never confirmed — no email, no phone call, nothing. I tried calling the restaurant and it went straight to voicemail, so we reasonably assumed they were closed for New Year’s Day. Because we had guests waiting, we ordered food elsewhere. Two hours later, the restaurant suddenly called saying our food was ready — still with no prior confirmation of the order. Ordered for dinner and found some type of WORM in my brocolli, my family and I were horrified. I called them and there was a major language barrier but they wanted to give me credit or a new meal I said I wanted a refund . They told me they would give me a refund if I drove the food there and brought the worm. I don't drive that's why I ordered delivery in the first place but they didn't understand me, Anyways I found someone to drive me there got a refund and was shocked by how dirty the place appeared to be. I will not be ordering from here again.
