We visited Besharam Bar & Grill to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Veg Sizzler, Paneer Butter Masala, Paneer Lababdar, and Garlic Naan were all flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. We also enjoyed several cocktails—the Purani Haveli, Night Rider, and Pura Besharam—which were all well-balanced, creative, and incredibly tasty. I had mixed feelings with his restaurant. I read fantastic reviews and thought about going for a date. First off, the atmosphere is very cozy, we enjoyed that aspect of our dinner. As for the food, it wasn't bad. The issue I mainly had was the spice level. We asked our waiter her opinion on the level of spice and told us it wasn't as spicy as expected. I usually enjoy a medium level spice but they're low level was hot. My wife had a hard time eating her meal because it was just too hot. Besharam Bar and Grill delivered a very mixed experience. The service, however, was truly outstanding and deserves full credit. Our server was extremely thoughtful and attentive throughout the visit—easily a 5/5 for service. We had ordered a curry at medium spice level, but it turned out to be overwhelmingly spicy to the point where we could not continue eating it. Even then, the server went above and beyond.
