My family took me here yesterday for my birthday and we all loved it so much! None of us know anything about cocktails but our mixologist (I believe his name was Aiden) was absolutely fantastic, he gave us great recommendations and let us try some samples while also giving us a lot of really interesting information about each drink, where the ingredients come from, certain aspects of the history of the alcohol in the drinks and a whole lot more. Wonderful bar with an extensive cocktail list, friendly staff, and an amazing atmosphere. I love stopping by here whenever I get the chance. It's easy to get lost in the menu and explore many different cocktails. If it's overwhelming, you can simply ask one of the mixologists to make a drink based on your favourite liquor, and they will do the spectacular!

It is a cocktail bar with various styles of cocktails and drinks. I’ve tried off the menu but often times I request the bartender to make a drink for me based on what I like. The drink always turns out fantastic! There are seats at the bar, tables in the back and a patio during the warmer months. There’s a snack menu to accompany your drinks if you’re feeling peckish. The bar ambiance is moody with low lighting and a cozy intimate feel.

Great night at Bar Sazerac. Honestly a great hire and team Wes, Matt, Aiden, and Adam really know their craft. I love trying custom drinks, and West nailed a perfect bittersweet cocktail. Awesome vibe and top-tier drinks. The drink name is “I don’t know” Wes i prefer him with long hair!
