Unfortunately this basic dish is not a pass. Portion size is smaller than other restaurants. Vermicelli noodles are too fat and wet. Grilled pork has no colour or texture. But the spring roll was not bad. Hostess who took our order was nice. Not a place that we will go back to.

Check your takeout order before you leave!!! I drove home after spending $109 here only to discover they forgot an entire meal. I called them to ask if they could send it, but they said they can’t do that. So I drive the 15 minutes back to pick up the missing meal. No apology, no cares given. I ask are they going to comp the meal as now I am going home to my cold meal, through no fault of my own. They say, we can comp the meal but you can’t take it. Worst customer service ever. This is my go to for pho in Hamilton, I love the broth. I would recommend any Pho here, there is other food and dishes on the menu but in my opinion the pho is the best, next to the sprint rolls! Usually seated immediately once stepping into the restaurant, food comes quickly. Severs check on you, top of water throughout. Tea is always served with your meal. The atmosphere is mid, it’s not great and it’s not terrible. It’s generic tables with chairs in open space to eat.
