I have first dined in this restaurant in 2019, and recently came back to visit. Other than the fact that the condiments and protein and carbs sections were still in the wrong order, the only other noticeable difference to this restaurant was the very slightly raised price which was still justified. Customer service was good as usual and I left the building full and satisfied

I always try to come in at an ‘off time’ because my partner has an allergy that requires the grill to be cleaned. With that said, the staff who were working on Thursday at 4pm were so amazing. The two young woman on the counter, and the gentlemen on the grill, were so wonderful and accommodating. Not only was the grill cleaned for me, but the girls behind the counter grabbed me sauce from separate containers so they could guarantee no contamination.
