I’m usually not the kind of person who posts reviews, but this one definitely deserves it! We had the nachos at Guac and they were sooo good - honestly 10/10! But the best part of the whole experience was our server, Hermesh. My partner and I were a little confused about what to order, and he was so patient and kind. He took the time to walk us through the menu and shared his recommendations, and we ended up having the nicest, most wholesome conversation with him!! Worst food quality- Staff named GINA provided “undercooked rice which is kind of a dried out left over Rice” for 2 burritos for an online uber order. She herself told sometimes it will be served from a dried out leftover rice pot. Food could not be consumed, every bite comes with a crunchy undercooked rice which is very very disappointing, its a big food quality issue. These kind of staff’s making these bad quality food especially food online orders. Supervisors should address these issues and train staffs accordingly

Gauc Mexi Grill is hands down one of the best spots for fresh, flavorful food! The ingredients taste super fresh, and everything is made just right. The portions are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff are friendly, quick, and make the whole experience even better. The vibe is chill and welcoming, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or eating with friends. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Mexican food—definitely a 5-star spot!

Ordered from uber, burrito bowls were half empty and almost no veggies in bowl. Feels like eating rice and sauce not burrito bowl. To store owner, if you are not able to afford buy 1 get 1 on uber then please stop promotion just give good qty and quality food.
