This is unacceptable. The burger patty was completely burnt nd looked like it had been sitting too long . I paid for fresh food , not for a burnt burger. Very disappointed with the quality nd service. Management needs to pay attention to what they are serving customers.

Food is really good, best fast food that is out there. Came here every week in my lunch break. The only thing that isn’t too great is that every beverage has an aftertaste of root beer. But after 5 months I have built tolerance and started to actually like root beer. I think that’s the strategy. Overall good experience.

I may be biased, so please take my words with a grain of salt. Their burgers are good, the coffee is okay, the fries are good, and it's clean!!!! A rare thing for fast food places in kamloops. I love you guys, thank you for always being so pleasant when I was being served! It meant a lot for them to be so on the ball, and I can't lie, they definitely got me hooked :D
