Homeless people always loiter outside. Staff decides what you can't and can order. Always slow and terrible service. I've worked in fast food for at least 6 years and I could tell this location have one of the worst service I've ever experienced. Right when you go in the staff don't even greet you and looks at you as if it's a hassle to serve you. Asked for specific food and they tell you they can't give it to you because there's not enough? Well then make sure you make enough? What's the point of even being called a restaurant when you don't have the food made on time and enough on hand? What

This is a nice place to get coffee and snacks. The coffee tastes good, and the donuts and muffins are always fresh. The workers are friendly, and the service is usually fast. The prices are also fair, so it’s a good place to stop for breakfast or a quick break. I enjoy going there because it feels comfortable and easy.

I am at this Timhortons 5/7days a week during my work week and I can never tell whether I’m walking out happy or not. I got my usually bacon on a biscuit, grilled with extra butter. I ask them to remake it because the deli person grilled the buns before and I’m not sure why because it’s never done that way. He just re-grilled the same sandwich which made it a bit burnt and hard due to the double grill. Which I walked out because I had already asked for the remake and I was going to be late for work if he tried a third time. For a place that knows me by face and name, you’d think it wouldn’t be
