So I ordered online at 12:22pm and was given a pickup time of 12:38pm. When I arrived, they hadn't even started on my dish. I had to wait until 12:52pm for my noodles, a full 30 minutes after my order. Any time I get a pickup time from an online order, it is ALWAYS ready before I arrive. I have never had to wait an extra 14 minutes for my order. I had asked for well done noodles, so they used that as the excuse. Did it really take 30 minutes to cook those noodles? I really didn't want to cook for the week so I decided to try Noodlebox for the first time. Had a great takeout experience, service was prompt and friendly and the food flavourful. Really great, flavourful food! Tonight, we wanted to try something new and ordered takeout from this restaurant. I got the Kung Pao Box which was very delicious, spicy, and fresh. My wife got Shoyu Ramen which she loved. My daughter got the Teriyaki Box, and she ate all of it which does not happen very often. The portions are just right for one person, and the boxes look really good. I will definitely be ordering from this place again.
