Worst customer experience as you need to keep on waiting and reminding them again and again for your orders. Too slow, not sure if they are under staffed or it’s their legacy. Updated response - I disagree with your reply to my initial review. We had to still wait (check the cctv cameras) and even the customer before us was pissed off due to poor service when we were at the counter to place the order. We certainly had to wait on for the further fresh orders made while being in the restaurant! I had to even go and remind about the pending Mango shake which again took a while! If you accept y

Had their Veg Thali (sahi paneer curry was creamy and rich, roti was a bit thick could have been better with a paratha or naan, the gulab jamun was soft. Chinese platter had noodles, Manchurian and spring roll which was spicy and delicious. The service is quick and the restaurant is quite spacious. They have parking space available outside. The washrooms are clean and family friendly. Prices are quite reasonable.

Had such a great experience at Indian Eatery! The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors. The highlight for me was definitely the Chana Tikki Chaat and Chinese platter, it was a total hit! Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and topped with just the right balance of chutneys and spices. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone craving good Indian food in Kelowna!

Ordered Tangy Tikki Chaat and a wrap for pickup. Once again, tamarind chutney (red chutney) was missing. This is not the first time. Previously: •Momos were missing the side chutney •Noodle burger came without noodles Every time I call after reaching home, the response is the same: “Sorry, we’ll make it up next time.” This time, the staff hung up in the middle of my complaint. I live 25–30 minutes away one way, so “next time” is not a solution. Repeatedly missing basic ingredients and dismissing customers after mistakes is unacceptable. I’ve given them many chances.
