This is the first and last Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to that you need to place your order at a self-order kiosk. Nobody will serve you otherwise despite having two cash registers they simply ignore you. Definitely understaffed. Appears some construction is also going on at this time and the place seems quite messy. lousy tim bits today. No sour cream tidbits, no fruit filled white powder, just chocolate nut, plain sugar glazed sprinkles and chocolate....definitely not a good box of donuts when paying $749 for a large coffee and 20 tim bits.... Tim's used to be good but has gone down hill from what I used to get for the dollar.

​I am extremely concerned after my visit this morning. I ordered a drink and immediately noticed that the milk was completely curdled and spoiled. Consuming spoiled dairy is a serious health risk, and it is alarming that this was served to a customer. ​When I brought this to the attention of the supervisor on duty, her response was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked for her name or badge to document the incident for a formal complaint, she flatly refused to provide it. ​Selling spoiled products is a major health code violation, and the lack of accountability from the management team

POOR HYGIENE MANDATE Hello everyone im here to tell you that using this washroom was not pleasing and it hurt me, The etching on the toilet seat hurt the bottom of my legs and left red marks on my skin 😢 Please if this is a destination on your travels 🙏 I suggest you go elsewhere.
