I ordered egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches 4 of them and they are all burned and dry. Very bad customer service and food was tasteless. Not happy at all.

I am so sorry but this Tim Hortons has no respectful employees… there is no ethicality. The girl taking the orders was very disrespectful this morning. I had ordered a coffee and timbits for the kids today and i asked no sugars, as I am diabetic and for the timbits just glacé au miel, I precised it saying they don’t eat nothing else.. but nothing was respected as usual. Before it was so strict, timely and effective. Now they don’t even respect the clients. It’s a pure jungle in there. Pierre is still the owner? Cause if yes, something ain’t working. I had a very unpleasant experience. Other people were probably drinking their coffee at that table without realizing what had happened. It really bothers me to see someone act so inconsiderately in a public place. I feel that someone should speak up to people like that at Tim Hortons at least once.
