Been going to this Tim’s for over 6 years, since I moved to Lethbridge to retire. I always have the best interactions there with the employees, who all seem to have my order memorized. Recently learned the employee who waves at me from the back of the line to signal that my usual drink is being made, is named Kim. I wanted to make sure all of the employees efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the great work!

Poor service, not able to full fill my order in an acceptable time. Ordereded a coffee along with a Boxed egg breakfast , was informed after all ready waiting 10 minutes they had no sausage and would take 10 to 15.. so I chose another option. Still ended up waiting another 10 minutes. Will not go back to Park Place Tims

I stopped by the Tim Hortons at Park Place in Lethbridge and ordered a Sparkling Orange with “less ice,” but what I got was practically half ice and barely any drink. When I brought it up, the staff didn’t apologize or try to fix it—just an indifferent shrug. Between the overloaded ice and the unapologetic attitude, the whole experience felt rushed and uncaring. Definitely not going back until they improve their service.

I ordered a small dark roast with two almond milks. When I drank it later, it was too dark and lacked milk. Tim Hortons staff should be aware of the appropriate portion sizes for drinks.
