A good little discovery passing through after enjoying the complete circle of the Gaspé, Percé etc. Being from Vancouver where there is a sushi place on every corner.. The Dragon was a good find,the first surprise no Asian chefs lol.. The service was very kind and fast, and the food was good. I would recommend and a good selection of beer .Cheers🍺🍺🍺 If I had one suggestion I would revamp the toilet view from the eating area get rid of that table in the corner put up a bamboo wall or some idea create a view blocker ,distraction for diners. Food was very white, came just for tuna and rice but instead they gave me smoked salmon pizza. However the services were very nice, helping out with allergies. The food also had too much sauce and overall wasn’t a great traditional sushi meal even though they advertised that they were traditional sushi. I would not come back. Please be prepared if you want more traditional sashimi and sushi.

Our first sushi experience in the Quebec City area. We were surprised by the local twist on sushi with the addition of cheese. It was interesting. We enjoyed the “chefs selection” of 24 pieces for two people. I have no idea what we were eating, but we enjoyed it!
