Charlie★Had a pleasant meal until the waitress came over and tried to illegally demand tip. Cancelled my transaction 5 times because i am obliged to tip, « since it’s considered part of her salary ». The entitlement is why i refuse to tip. It’s a a stupid social norm that everyone hates EXCEPT YOUR EMPLOYER ! Work on commissions or minimum salary i don’t care. What makes you think i can afford the meal in the first place. I can’t. That’s why I’m paying with a credit card. I’m just hungry. A balanced meal requires 2 vegetables a protein and a carb. Fast food doesn’t offer that. Eating is a basic need.
Diane Williams★★★★★Stopped here for breakfast today as we used to have a Mikes in NB but it closed a few years ago. We were not disappointed! The Poutine skillet was delicious. The dish was just as I remembered but better tasting. Our server was very nice and food was hot and quickly came to our table. Thank you Mikes for a great memory and meal!!
