Garden Hong Kong Cafe is a very affordable Hong Kong-style café with generous portions and reasonable prices. It’s a good spot if you’re looking for a casual meal without spending too much. The menu has plenty of classic HK café options, and the service is usually fast and efficient. That said, the food quality is fairly average overall. While nothing was particularly bad, the flavors didn’t really stand out compared to other Hong Kong cafés in the GTA. Still, considering the value for money, it’s a decent place for a quick and budget-friendly meal.

Their food is ok good. Signature dish such as the chicken rice is yummy. But the inside sitting/dining area is very tight not very comfortable. The price is very reasonable but u trade that for less service and cleanliness. Would recommend buying takeout instead.

Really tight small and tight space. The restaurant is always busy but we finally got lucky. Unfortunately it didn’t really live up to the hype. We got a sandwich and wings. The sandwich was sad - barely any egg and ham with the thin bread. You typically expect the thick slices of bread at a hk cafe for sandwiches. The wings were tasty but the red bean drink it came with had no ice or slush. Afternoon tea is cash only. I feel like we needed to order the Hainanese chicken rice. We will come back to try.

The Hainanese chicken rice was one of the best I've ever had, and the service was excellent. The staff kindly rearranged the seating to accommodate our two-year-old. The only major drawback is the tiny, packed dining room and long wait; I hope they eventually move to a larger space.
