I recently ordered a chicken bowl from your 6565 hwy 7, Markham, ON on February 27, 2026, around 2 PM. Unfortunately, it was filled with spoiled lettuce, which was wilted, discolored, and had an off smell—making the entire meal inedible. As a regular customer, this experience has greatly disappointed me, and I won’t return to this store unless resolved. It’s concerning that many restaurants, including Tim Hortons, seem to serve stored or low-quality food, eroding trust.
