I’m extremely disappointed with Boston Pizza - Sumas. After three bad experiences in a row, it’s clear that this location has serious management and service issues. First visit: I waited over 25 minutes just for a beer. When I finally asked, the server told me the manager had decided to hold a staff meeting during service. Completely unacceptable. Second visit: We found hair in the Bandera Bread. When we informed the server, she said the manager would give us 50% off the item. We recently brought our family of 10 to Boston Pizza for dinner, and while the food was excellent as always, it was our server, CJ, who truly made the evening memorable. From the moment we arrived, CJ was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, especially with our 3 year old daughter. We were seated in a quiet corner of the restaurant, and CJ took the time to engage with her in such a genuine and playful way.
