Really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. We walked in hoping to order in person, but were told their system was down and that we had to order through the app instead. So we stepped aside and spent about 20 minutes placing and paying for our order online. While we were waiting, the system apparently came back up, and they started serving people who walked in right after us—yet no one bothered to let us know we could order at the counter again. Always looked forward to eating Chipotle, however it wasn’t the same today. The portion are 2/3 of what it used to be, and they ran out of lettuce. I told the staff that I’m willing to wait until they restock but they told me that they’re completely out for the day. Lettuce being one of the most important ingredients of Chipotle shouldn’t be out of stock. Or if for some reason they are out, then they should at least put a memo or tell the customers beforehand, so they can decide to not order. That wasn’t the case today, and I’m left with a small portion meal where I paid the same price. Se

I ordered Chipotle through Uber Eats and was really disappointed with the portion size. The bowl was barely filled, and they put very little chicken compared to what I usually get. It honestly felt like they were cutting corners or trying to save on ingredients. I’ve ordered Chipotle from other locations before and the box was always full and worth the price, but this time it felt like I paid the same amount for half the food. Definitely not a good experience.

Just after enjoying my bowl and in about to eat the last few bites this massive piece of hair was sitting in my bowl absolutely disappointed and feel extremely gross. I wished a franchise like chipotle would have a standard not just dump hair on my food :(
