This is easily one of the best spots in the city. The entire place is spotless, including the restrooms, which shows they really care about the shop. Love the coffee here cos the barista are great, and the coffee is really tasty, but the service keeps on deteriorating. In consecutively three times, one of the staff made mistakes three time. The first time she forgot to give me 10% off when I recharge, considering she may be new, I remind her and she just took out $2 and give me back, without updating the system. Anyway, I don’t understand how the store operate, I just ignore it. The second time, the same cashier again, she said I am not eligible for $2 discount even if I recharge $20 to the card.
