Amazing experience. Staff went over the top with attentive service and weren’t burdened despite us asking to change tables because our party got bigger. New items on the menu are a great addition. I’ve had a stretch of terrible serving experiences lately but BP Sackville never disappoints.

I am pretty upset my birthday got ruined because of slow/poor service tonight. :'( We got there for our 5pm reservation. They put us in a corner booth that was very awkward size and not really able to have a high chair in there as well as everyone having space to eat so we asked to move and they moved us. Didn't get any food arriving until 6:30. Then the food that showed up was wrong, so we told them and they said ours would be out soon. Apparently they gave our food to another table. Host was really nice! He made sure I had my extra parm for my takeout order. Only reason there is only 4 stars is because I got the wrong pasta dish. I ordered a shrimp Alfredo and I’m not quite sure what I got. Some sort of Mac and cheese. It’s good but I’m a bit sad because I had been craving the shrimp Alfredo all week. Still a good experience but just wish I go the Alfredo of course lol

I came here on Saint Patrick’s day (March 17) and it was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. I will preface this by saying the staff were great and the poor experience had nothing to do with their service and everything to do with management’s poor planning (I think Sophie and Ben were the servers, but I can’t remember their names 100%).
