The Suppli was perfectly crisp on the outside, and the tomato sauce was devine. The polenta had a magical consistency, almost as a soufflé, and the sauce was also rich and flavourful. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, but in my opinion wasn't needed in the dish- the polenta was the star and didnt need a sidekick.
