I’ve been going to this A&W location for years. And the associates have been very friendly annd understanding. But my hash brown was never this deep fried. The last few times I’ve been coming to this location this year (2026), the quality of the food for the cheese n egger has not been good. Normally the insides isn’t yellow, it’s normally white and the outside crispy. I asked for them to make the hash brown fresh but it’s like it was sitting in the deep fryer to long to the point that the oil soaked the inside of the hash brown.
