“Great service but it’s so noisy”

I frequently visit this Tim Hortons and have noticed the same issues several times. Orders often take 10–15 minutes, items are sometimes forgotten, and the quality and taste are poor. I understand the store gets busy, but these problems happen too often. Overall, the service and consistency need improvement. I do want to appreciate the night staff who are usually friendly and provide much better service.

Worst customer service ever I ordered a veggie wrap with hashbrown in it today and they gave me wrap with egg and bacon. I am pure vegetarian and i had a bite from it..when i confront they said and lied that they mentioned double stack however they said cilantro lime.. They just hide and coverup each other’s mistake and tell its only customer mistake…

This tim hortons made us wait for at least 15 minutes very slow and rude and delayed order and have trouble hearing I repeated myself please don’t mess my order after 20 attempts then she heard me from yelling I am not the person who yells and still they ruined the coffee and I haven’t been to this location in a very long time and when I came back I was expecting better but nothing has changed you are getting a zero all the staff and people who were inside working you did not do a good job and you made both the coffee taste water when I said no water taste are you trying to poison us still you
