Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, they acted as if it was my fault for finding it. While they refunded my money, they never offered a sincere apology or handled the situation professionally. Finding a hair in food is unacceptable, but the poor customer service and lack of accountability made the experience even worse. I expected much better.
